SipDolce Trace
Multi-actor traceability for coffee from origin to cup.
A project connecting every participant in the coffee value chain—from origin farm to consumer cup—with reliable, transparent, and accessible data.
Project overview
SipDolce Trace develops and integrates multi-stakeholder traceability tools to record, verify, and share coffee data throughout the supply chain. The goal is building greater trust, transparency, and economic fairness for growers, roasters, baristas, and coffee lovers.
Design and implement a multi-actor traceability system that unifies harvest, processing, logistics, and roasting data to improve transparency, facilitate cross-chain collaboration, and generate shared value from crop to cup.
